What we collect

When you submit the email capture form on this site, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we collect. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment data, or browsing behavior.

How we use it

We use your email address for two purposes:

• To deliver the free lead magnet you requested (the Pre-Lift Mobility Stack PDF).
• To send occasional updates about Calor protocols, new releases, and training content. These emails are infrequent and content-only — no advertising, no third-party promotions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

Email service provider

Your email address is stored and managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider. Kit processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. You can review Kit's privacy practices at kit.com/privacy.

Unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it immediately removes you from the list — no confirmation step, no dark patterns. You can also email [email protected] with "unsubscribe" in the subject line and we will remove you manually within 5 business days.

How long we keep your data

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe — via the link in any email or by contacting [email protected] — your address is removed from our active list within 30 days. Kit may retain a suppression record of your address to permanently honor your opt-out; this record is never used for marketing.

If you submit a GDPR erasure request, we will delete all records including any suppression entries within 30 days of receiving your request.

EU / GDPR rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

The legal basis for processing your email address is your explicit consent at the point of form submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

This site does not use tracking cookies and does not currently run third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated prior to any tracking going live.
